HEY THERE
I'm Amanda, I think in lists, feel in paragraphs, and still print everything.

I’m curious about almost everything. Business models. Road trips. Dog training. Planner layouts.
Why some ideas won’t leave us alone.
Ink & Agenda exists because I needed somewhere all of that could live without being filtered into a niche.
HOW DID I GET HERE...
Ink & Agenda wasn’t a business plan. It was me returning to my creativity and curiosity.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to paper and stationery. I loved a blank sheet and the quiet promise of it.
Maybe that’s what pulled me toward photography in the first place, watching something develop on paper and holding it in my hands.
If I’m honest, I miss the world before constant connection. Family dinners around the table. TGIF. Sunday drives. Vacations that felt endless because no one was checking their phone.
A few years ago, I found myself struggling under the weight of endless pings, dings, and notifications in my work as a creative collaborator and strategist. I loved what I did, but my creativity was fading. When the overwhelm set in, I went back to pen and paper.
At first, it was just notebooks. Then I committed to an A5 ring planner.
Camping season was ahead, with spotty cell service and nonexistent Wi-Fi. I wanted directions printed, phone numbers written down, and confirmation numbers I could see without waiting for a screen to load. And really, isn’t the point of camping to get away from it all, not bring it with you?
Ink & Agenda began at the dinette table in our travel trailer. The first inserts were messy hand sketches that I refined once we were home. I didn’t expect paper to change me. I thought it was temporary.
Three years later, I’m more content. My creativity is back. My screen time is down. I’ve embraced my curiosity and my so-called granny hobbies without apology.
Ink & Agenda wasn’t a business plan; it was me returning to my creativity and curiosity.
I don’t fit neatly into boxes, and I don’t think you should have to either.
I’m not interested in algorithm-approved living or perfectly optimized routines.
Planning shouldn’t feel like another thing you have to get right.
Creativity shouldn’t leave you exhausted.
I care more about curiosity than productivity.
More about steady progress than performance.
More about building a life that feels real than one that looks good online.
This space moves a little slower, on purpose. There’s paper involved. There are lists and long paragraphs. There’s room to figure things out without broadcasting every step.
I’d rather live a life that feels lived than one that feels staged.

Unhurried on purpose.
Ink in the margins.
A life that feels like mine.
